You retain ownership of all audio files and content you upload ("Your Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing transcription services.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TranscribeFast and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 Transcription Results

You own the transcription results generated from Your Content. We do not claim ownership of the transcribed text.

6. Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect your files and data:

• All file transfers are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Files are automatically deleted after 30 days
• Transcription results are deleted after 30 days
• We do not store or access your content beyond providing the Service

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues that prevent service delivery. No refunds for successfully completed transcriptions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party service dependencies
• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of transcriptions
• You use the Service at your own risk

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy of transcriptions
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TranscribeFast, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Content uploaded to the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Violates applicable laws
• Is fraudulent or abusive

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:
